UPGRADE TO 1JOB iPHONE APP – UK Jobs (version 1.2)

The newest update to our iPhone application is now available to download for free later this week, for all new and existing users.

In releasing version this update, not only are we increasing the functionality and efficiency of the app, but are demonstrating that we are keen to act quickly on feedback given by our vocal user base.

With the extremely positive response from job seekers, UK Jobs climbed to the top of the Business App chart after only 2 days of release, and has remained there, proving its sustained popularity. We want to thank everyone who has helped to make UK Jobs No.1 on iTunes.

Our responsibility is now to continue our initial success by exceeding the expectations of our users, and by continually looking to improve the user experience. As well as minor bug fixes, the efficiency and reliability of the app have been dramatically improved with this update. In response to feedback the search function now includes a visible progress indicator. This is a simple solution to users mistakenly assuming that the app has crashed. This is the kind of consumer testing that is invaluable, and helps us to ensure the best experience for candidates at all times.

With the user always in mind, we continually improve this app, for the benefit of new job seekers in need of such an effective and convenient search tool, and give additional functionality to our established user base.
